    • 1/2 cup coconut sugar (or low-carb granulated sugar like Lacanto Monkfruit sweetener)
    • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
    • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
    • 2 tbsp butter (cubed)
    • 1 cup rolled oats, (gluten-free if necessary)
    • 1 cup almond flour, (finely ground)
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup butter (melted and slightly cooled)
